Filming Permission
Without the appropriate permits, filming is not possible anywhere in the world. In this respect, Poland is still quite tolerable, unregulated and cheap, but you will need a lot of patience, especially when dealing with government bodies.
Trust your fixer, who has trodden many paths and knows who and how to ask for official shooting permits. I will contact the appropriate offices and go through the red tape so that all the permissions to film are ready before your team arrives in Poland. This will allow you to film from the ground and from the air legally and safely.
